Initial Inquiry
Brief phone consultation w/Dr. Singeltary after which a potential patient may schedule an appointment and receive an intake packet. 10-15 minutes
2.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
Psychiatric assessment including clinical interview, review of patient history, identification of challenges, discussion of clinical impression, psychoeducation, treatment goals/planning and coordination of care.
3.
Medication Management
Established patients only - Sessions every 4-12 weeks on average. Time spent reviewing current medication regimen, any changes in treatment plan and limited psychotherapeutic interventions. Patients usually already engaged in therapy with a therapist/psychologist.
4.
Psychotherapy
Established patients only - Sessions scheduled weekly or biweekly and focus on psychotherapeutic interventions such as supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy or psychodynamic psychotherapy. May or may not include medication management depending upon patient needs

Dr. Singeltary has a playful and interactive approach with patients of all ages. She strongly believes that the best way to help people find success and happiness involves identifying and fostering a person's individual strengths, interests, and talents.
